Please note: Students at our partner schools may have international shipping options which will be available during checkout. We only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico for non-partner institutions. In the case of return or order change and the order has already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.
When Are Orders Shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Estimated ship times are listed below.

How Many Packages Will I Receive?

When Will I Receive a Tracking Number for My Order?
In some cases, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that Economy Shipping service may only provide a "Delivery Confirmation" number, with limited tracking information, and that tracking will not be available for all orders.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
If you experience any difficulty checking your order status on our website, or if you think there is a mistake in the status, please send an email, and we will look into the problem.
Will I Need to Sign for My Order When It Is Delivered?
No signature is required for Economy Shipping. The shipper will generally leave your shipment in front of your door or with a mail clerk at your residence hall or apartment building. Standard Ground shipments may require a signature, and all Air shipments (2nd Day and Next Day) require a signature for delivery.
Arbitration Clause
All disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The parties to this agreement will submit all disputes arising under this agreement to arbitration in Conroe, TX before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator shall be selected by application of the rules of the AAA, or by mutual agreement of the parties, except that such arbitrator shall be an attorney admitted to practice law in Texas. No party to this agreement will challenge the jurisdiction or venue provisions as provided in this section. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the party from obtaining an injunction.
Returns
Return Policy

Returns
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for perishable items, gift cards, or downloadable products. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. Restocking fees may be applied before refund can be processed. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment minus the shipping charge within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@madinahmedia.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is returned in suitable packaging.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked "final sale", it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
